STEC AlleleFinder

STEC AlleleFinder is a suite of Python tools designed for the discovery, sequence typing, and profiling of the stx alleles of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli.

Installation

Scripts

STEC AlleleFinder comprises a single script with six separate functionalities:
